Opengrep v1.30.1 and v1.30.2 released

Opengrep is the open source SAST scanner forked from Semgrep, with inter-procedural and cross-file analysis included.

Two small bugfix releases landed: v1.30.1 improves Ruby and Crystal taint analysis and fixes taint handling at joins.

## Fixes
- ruby, crystal: heredocs, last-expression returns, yield, and taint through instance variables #851 by @corneliuhoffman 
- taint: a join keeps the taint of a whole value when the other path has an object #852 by @corneliuhoffman 

v1.30.2 fixes PHP multiple class modifiers and an intrafile performance regression in the call graph.
