pynitrokey v0.14.1 released

pynitrokey is the Python library and CLI (nitropy) for managing Nitrokey devices.

Version v0.14.1 is a maintenance release. It updates the bundled root certificates to remove the compromised emSign certificate, see GHSA-6q48-6c7w-9gw2.
