Opengrep v1.31.0 released
By SecBurg
Opengrep is the open source SAST scanner forked from Semgrep, with inter-procedural and cross-file analysis included.
The new release v1.31.0 adds an option to skip minified files and brings some performance tuning.
## Improvements
* `--exclude-minified-files` in `scan` and `ci` on the python cli by @dimitris-m in #876

* Build with OCaml 5.5.1 and `visitors` from the opengrep fork to address performance issues by @corneliuhoffman in #874
## Bug fixes
* `-o /dev/null` and other device or named pipe destinations are written on the python cli path, instead of failing by @corneliuhoffman in #874
